(*): If playing solo, you may want to play a percussive section here,
     beating the heel of your palm against the guitar's top above the
     strings (in normal playing position) and near the bridge. This 
     should produce a sound somewhat reminiscent of that of a kick
     drum, or as close as you can get on a guitar. If you don't get
     it from this description you can just Google it. Otherwise you
     can strum D or its variations in time to the music, although 
     this is not present in most of the versions I have heard.
